My training and facilitation work equips emerging leaders, students, teams, and institutions with the skills to translate lived experience into leadership, strategy, and meaningful action. In addition to workshops and facilitated learning, my work includes mentorship, practicum supervision, and experiential learning designed to support individuals navigating public health, policy, legal, and advocacy spaces with ethical clarity and purpose.

My interactive sessions span leadership development, coalition building, and policy advocacy, with a focus on helping organizations lead with authenticity, clarity, and impact. Grounded in real-world practice, my trainings support participants in navigating complex systems, engaging ethically with communities, and aligning values with effective public health and advocacy strategies.

Drawing on my background in Student Affairs and Higher Education, I create learning environments where knowledge meets empathy and strategy meets purpose. My trainings are designed for nonprofit teams, universities, and community advocates seeking to deepen their understanding of equity, social justice, and sustainable approaches to change.

This includes facilitation connected to learning initiatives such as HIV Justice Academy and U=Ufocused training-of-trainers programs.
